You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password or any security details with any third party. 9777sx will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
4.3 Account Currency
Account balances on 9777sx are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience where selected. The base processing currency is determined by the Platform's cashier settings. Users should confirm the applicable currency at the time of deposit.
9777sx is required to conduct identity, age and source-of-funds verification checks in accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request.

9777sx reserves the right to place a hold on pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Verification holds are not penalties — they are a standard security measure applied consistently to all accounts.
All deposits made to your 9777sx Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. You must not use payment methods belonging to third parties, whether family members, friends or any other individual.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Platform and displayed within the cashier section at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification level.
6.3 Currency

6.4 Deposit Integrity
9777sx reserves the right to refuse, reverse or investigate any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, linked to money laundering, or in breach of any applicable law or these Terms.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
8.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits and maximum bet-per-round restrictions are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet these conditions within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
8.2 Bonus Abuse
9777sx reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the accounts of Users who are found to have exploited bonuses in a manner inconsistent with good-faith use, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using arbitrage strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus terms, or wagering exclusively on low-risk/opposite-outcome combinations to satisfy playthrough requirements.
8.3 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus
Some promotions may impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated through a bonus. Where applicable, this cap is clearly stated in the promotion terms and the Player acknowledges this limit by opting into the promotion.
8.4 Right to Withdraw Offers
9777sx reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a User is in the process of meeting wagering requirements, the User's accrued progress shall be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable operator policies.

9.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet or wager is only confirmed once a confirmation reference has been generated and displayed to the User. 9777sx reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a market has been suspended, where there is a technical fault, or where a bet appears to exploit an error in odds or pricing.
9.2 Void Bets
A bet may be voided in circumstances including: manifest errors in offered odds, match abandonment (where settlement rules do not apply), technical failures preventing a game or bet from completing normally, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the User's Account as real money funds at the original stake value.

9777sx offers markets on Pakistan domestic and international cricket fixtures, including PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments and bilateral series. Match suspension, rain interruption and DLS method results are settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to each event, which are displayed within the relevant market prior to bet placement.
9.4 Live (In-Play) Betting
Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed during a suspension but before the suspension was reflected in the User's interface may be voided. Users acknowledge that live betting involves additional technical latency risk and accept this condition as part of using in-play markets.
9.5 RNG and Fair Play

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9777sx's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms and the Services, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed the net real-money funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9777sx shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service.
9777sx does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. Planned or emergency maintenance, network disruptions or third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability. Where possible, advance notice will be provided.
14.1 Termination by the User
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a request to 9777sx customer support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9777sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, 9777sx reserves the right to withhold and/or forfeit all or part of the Account balance, including real-money funds, pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money funds will be returned to the User through the original deposit method where possible.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the 9777sx Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform holds its international operating licence. 9777sx does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of any specific territory, including Pakistan.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration or adjudication in accordance with the rules applicable under the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 9777sx from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property, confidential information or other rights.
